Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Hospo. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Hospo is a private, introduction-only network for hospitality professionals and venues. Hospo is a communications platform that facilitates introductions between independent members and does not participate in, negotiate, arrange, or control any employment or contractual relationship between members. Hospo is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, payroll provider, or job board, and does not employ, place, contract, or compensate any member.
All arrangements, agreements, engagements, and transactions between members occur entirely outside of and independent from the Hospo platform. Hospo bears no responsibility for the outcome of any introduction, including but not limited to employment disputes, compensation disputes, non-performance, misconduct, or any other loss arising from interactions between members.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hospo. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Members agree to represent themselves and their credentials honestly and accurately. Misrepresentation of identity, experience, venue affiliation, or any material fact may result in immediate removal from the network. Members agree not to harass other members, misuse contact information obtained through the platform, or engage in spam, solicitation, or fraudulent activity.
Access to Hospo is by introduction only. Hospo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without notice. Membership in the network is a privilege, not a right.
Member profiles are visible only to authenticated members of the Hospo network. Hospo does not publicly index member profiles and does not share member information with third parties without consent, except as required by law. By creating a profile, you grant Hospo a limited, non-exclusive license to display your profile information within the platform for the purpose of facilitating introductions.
Hospo makes no guarantee that use of the platform will result in employment, engagement, staffing, or any other outcome. Introductions occur at the discretion of members and the platform.
Hospo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hospo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, any introduction facilitated through Hospo, or any interaction between members.
Hospo reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By providing your mobile phone number and creating an account on Hospo, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Hospo. These messages may include account notifications, access confirmations, platform status updates, and other communications related to your membership.
Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from Hospo. You may also opt out by contacting us at access@hospo.me. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS communications will be sent.

Hospo does not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for transactional platform notifications.
