Hospo is committed to protecting the privacy of our members. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
We collect the following types of information when you create an account or use the Hospo platform: name and professional credentials, email address, mobile phone number (if provided for SMS notifications), venue affiliation and role, and profile information you choose to submit.
We do not collect payment information. We do not sell advertising or build advertising profiles.
We use the information we collect to: verify your identity and facilitate your membership, enable introductions between members within the platform, send transactional SMS notifications related to your account (including access confirmations, platform updates, and membership communications), respond to inquiries and support requests, and maintain the security and integrity of the platform.
If you provide your mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Hospo. These messages are limited to account and platform notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: reply STOP to any SMS from Hospo, or contact access@hospo.me. You will receive one confirmation message upon opting out, then no further SMS will be sent.

We do not use your phone number for marketing and do not share or sell it to third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only with service providers who operate the platform on our behalf (hosting, SMS delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Access to member data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of SMS communications at any time. Contact access@hospo.me to exercise any of these rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
